Low Season (May 1 to November 30):  $151 per night or $1025 per week (7 night stay)

High Season (December 1 to April 30):  $192 per night or $1275 per week (7 night stay)

9% government tax

P.S.  5% discount is being offered on quoted rates for renting directly from owner

Deposit of 25% required for confirmation.  Balance due on arrival.
